- Refund: Any remuneration in part or whole of purchased services or deliverables
- Month: Months of service are calculated from the date billing starts for the user and 1 month of use is from the numbered day of billing to the same numbered day the following month regardless of the number of days in the month
Our goal is to provide the best service possible for you.
If you need to change your subscription level, you may do so at any time. If your new subscription is less expensive than your current one, we will prorate your refund to the next month cycle. If your new subscription is more expensive than the current one, you will be charged for the difference immediately and will be able to access the new services as soon as the payment is processed.
If you’ve decided that our service isn’t for you, or for any other reason, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you are within your first week we will honor a full refund of your subscription fee. If you are further than a week into a period you have paid for, you will retain your service until the end of the billing month and your refund will be prorated based on the length of service you received.
